01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between king931 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided at https://king931.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications or digital platforms operated under the king931 brand.

By accessing or using king931 in any capacity — including browsing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on king931, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. king931 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 under any circumstances.

• You must not have previously had a king931 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the king931 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your king931 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share access with any other person. king931 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify king931 support immediately via live chat. king931 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. king931 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may vary by account tier. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. king931 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 5 minutes during business hours for verified accounts. VIP-tier members receive priority withdrawal processing. king931 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

5.3 Currency

king931 operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game wagers are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied on the Platform; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own conversion rates if your linked account is held in a different currency.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

king931 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be made available at the time the offer is communicated. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 25x) will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction. Exceeding this limit — even unintentionally — may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited. The standard cap is MYR 25 to MYR 50 per bet; individual promotions may specify different limits.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10%–20%. Live casino games may have reduced or zero contribution. Exact contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified window, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Typical validity periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is already active may result in the newer bonus being declined or the older bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: king931 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting to exploit wagering requirements, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent rollover obligations, or systematic exploitation of free spin offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and live dealer tables available on king931 are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are published within the game interface or betting interface where applicable. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Bet Validity and Settlement

Bets placed on king931 are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation of bets after placement is not permitted except in circumstances where king931 determines that an error has occurred — for example, where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault. king931 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or on markets opened in error.

7.2 Sports Betting — Live In-Play Markets

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets submitted during in-play events are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet request is confirmed by the system. In rare cases of significant delays between submission and confirmation, king931 reserves the right to offer revised odds or decline the bet.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, king931 will use its best efforts to restore the affected session to its pre-failure state based on server records. Where full restoration is not possible, king931 will use its reasonable discretion to determine a fair outcome. The decision of king931 in such circumstances is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on king931 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one king931 account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits or wagers (money laundering);
• Systematic exploitation of promotions, wagering requirements, or game mechanics in a manner designed to circumvent fair play principles;
• Attempting to access or interfere with king931's systems, servers, software, or databases;
• Any act of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in connection with your account or any transaction;
• Allowing or enabling any third party to access or use your king931 account on your behalf.

09 KYC Verification

king931 is required to conduct identity and age verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed, and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation required includes: a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or Telco invoice), and a selfie photograph of the account holder holding their ID document.

All documents submitted for KYC are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Standard verification time is 24–48 hours from the receipt of complete, legible documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of king931.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king931 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if king931 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

king931 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. Where a technical failure directly causes a demonstrable financial loss to a User in the course of a legitimate gaming session, king931 will investigate the matter and use its reasonable discretion to determine an appropriate remedy.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits king931's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Termination

king931 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or any applicable law. In such circumstances, king931 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting king931 support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no fraudulent activity is associated with the account.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply after account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the king931 internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Users retain any rights they may have as consumers under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

15 Amendments

king931 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, reasonable advance notice will be provided via a platform notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the Website.

Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.
